Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager/Engineer to join a dynamic team. As the Project Manager you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of all projects, managing project timelines, budgets and resources and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be involved in the complete project cycle of planning, execution and monitoring of the project whilst working closely with various stakeholders to ensure project success.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS
B(Eng) Mechanical/B-Tech Mechanical/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Minimum 5 years' experience as a project engineer in the oil and gas, renewable energy or related environments Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Works
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Coordinate project evaluation and quotes Plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of projects Prepare tenders and manage projects Request and approve 3D modelling and shop detailing Lead technical review meetings, and ensure that technical drawings and information correspond to client and contract requirements Coordinate and carry out surveys on site as and when needed Coordinate and implement policies and targets related to production Coordinate project management (including procurement, fabrication follow-up, project profitability) Coordinate start-up meetings with workshop foreman/supervisors with project commencement and as required during project phase Contact and liaise with clients and stakeholders Coordinate and organize raw materials for projects Coordinate with QA/QC department for project preparation and NDT requirements during project Monitor fabrication and report progress during production meetings and upon request to management and clients Identify and develop new clients/markets/establish commercial contacts and do business development Supervise, monitor and train project engineers through all project requirements
