Project Manager

, to join our dynamic and progressive technical team .

Overview:

To oversee the end-to-end delivery of wireless high site and data centre infrastructure projects, including new builds, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, data centre environments, and wireless technologies, combined with solid project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for wireless high site and data centre infrastructure projects, from planning and design through execution and handover. Coordinate and manage site surveys, permitting, vendor selection, procurement, and construction activities. Oversee upgrades and maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to service and compliance with industry standards. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Manage cross-functional teams, including internal staff, contractors, vendors, and consultants. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on all project sites. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. Track and report project progress, including milestones, delays, and change requests to stakeholders. Liaise with network engineering, operations, and IT teams to ensure infrastructure readiness and operational integration. Maintain documentation, including design drawings, as-builts, commissioning reports, and maintenance logs. Qualifications & Skills:

Degree or diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, with proven experience in the field. Proven experience managing wireless high site and/or data centre infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, including towers, microwave links, fibre, and data centre systems (power, cooling, cabling, racks). Solid knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., EIA/TIA, ISO, Uptime Institute, etc.). Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills. PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is advantageous. Ability to travel to project sites as needed. Driver's License Code 8 Clear criminal record
