Formal Qualifications: National Diploma or bachelor's degree in Social Science, Public
Administration. JOB-RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE: Over 10 years' experience, 5 of which should be in a Senior Management position.
JOB-RELATED KNOWLEDGE:
Project Management, Programme Management, Strategic Capability and Planning, Budgeting, Expenditure reporting, Monitoring and evaluation, Strategic Planning, Human Resource Management, Knowledge of Public Service financial legislations, procedures, and Treasury Regulations. Public Financial Management Act (PFMA).
Supply Chain Management. JOB-RELATED SKILLS: Networking skills, Project and Programme Management Skills, Team Management, Interpersonal Skills, Budget forecasting skills, Computer Literacy, Problem-solving and decision-making skills, Time management skills, Communication skills, Organisation skills. OTHER: Driver's licence,
Extended working hours. Willingness to travel.
