Job Summary Project Manager - Security Projects Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg, Salary: Rand 50k-56k Duration: 6 month contract with the potential to extend Job Specification Summary: As a Project Manager specialising in Security Projects, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives that strengthen the organization's cybersecurity posture. This includes Identity and Access Management (IAM), compliance, risk mitigation, and other security-related programs. You will manage cross-functional teams, oversee project governance, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget. The role requires a technically astute individual with strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, networking fundamentals, and hands-on experience implementing enterprise-grade cybersecurity solutions in collaboration with vendors and diverse user groups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning and Execution o Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. o Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. o Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and final outcomes. o Oversee the end-to-end implementation of technical cybersecurity solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards. 2. Stakeholder Engagement o Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Cyber Security, Architecture, IT, Business Units) to gather requirements and align expectations
