Project Management Requirements

• Work as part of the finance and IT project team to develop and deliver end-to-end project management activities for the delivery of the business case, to proceed with the broader based implementation of SAP Hana S4 upgrade and other smaller finance initiatives.
• Establish stakeholders and working team/s internally and externally to establish full requirements for delivery of the discovery phase.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and RACI for all team members.
• Review vendor proposals and finalise pricing for all proposals to get approval from clients stakeholders.
• Deliver a final business case for delivery to business for implementation.
• Initiate project and program activities for the discovery phase in preparation and readiness for SAP to be upgrade.
• Deliver a budget for the discovery phase as well as proposed implementation phases of the project for approval.
• Have identified and created stage gate criteria for the end the discovery phase and high-level project plan.
• Develop collaborative partnerships with a service delivery ethic between the business, suppliers, and the internal departments.
• Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills and acts as the primary interface to the business and within the IT Department
• Exercise rational judgement to best meet business needs and are solution driven.
• Demonstrate good overall knowledge of finance and SAP financials and modules.
• Manage all aspects of the discovery phase including budget planning and expenses.
• Ensure compliance to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Requirements/Skills/Qualification:
• Have had financial project management experience, preferably with SAP and or SAP for Hana.
• Be a certified project manager with minimum of 5 years experience.
