Project Manager Restaurant Industry (Location: Midrand)
A dynamic and growing restaurant brand is seeking a project manager with solid industry experience to join its team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the operational complexities of the restaurant and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage end-to-end projects including new store openings, renovations, and operational rollouts.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, construction, and IT.
- Engage and collaborate with franchisees, suppliers, landlords, and internal departments.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and compliance standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address on-site issues in real-time.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry project management role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, supply chain, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- A hands-on and solutions-driven approach.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Midrand office.
- Own reliable vehicle required for site visits (petrol and tolls reimbursed).
