Qualifications and Experience required

Minimum 7 years' experience.
Matric or Grade 12 essential
Bachelors-degree or suitable Business Analysis Qualification - preferred.
PMP, PMBOK certification - highly advantageous
PMPBOK training attendance - essential
Understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies
7-10 years' experience in IT projects.
Accurately prepares written business correspondence that is coherent, grammatically correct, effective, professional and engaging.
Administratively strong with attention to detail
Confident and persuasive negotiator
Ability to successfully engage with a wide spectrum of role players include C Level executives
Promotes active listening with team members.
Contributes appropriately to strategic conversations.
Understanding of Information Technologies.
Understands basic Internet and client/server architectures.
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
Willingness and ability to travel
Valid passport

Operational functions

Train, educate and lead fellow employees in successful project delivery
Manage projects according to standards and methodologies set by the employing organisation
Be a key player and contributor in the national PMO in contributing and improving tools, techniques and governance and demonstrating and active support
of these values.
Ability to learn new technologies and contribute to non-PM project activities.
Adapt and deliver on various tasks and duties that will be assigned from time to time
