Key Responsibilities:
As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of multiple strategic projects.
Your duties will include:
- Overseeing end-to-end project management from planning through to execution
- Managing budget forecasting and ensuring cost alignment
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, legislative requirements, and internal policies
- Sourcing, managing, and negotiating with suppliers for strategic project needs
- Delivering quick-turnaround, solution-driven support for operational challenges
- Planning and implementing strategic project objectives, with agile responsiveness to changing needs
- Project Management qualification (PMBOK/PMB) or Electrical qualification
- 23 years of experience in project administration and/or project management
- Experience in the Real Estate, Facilities, or Construction sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Strong and confident communicator
- Strategic thinker with analytical ability
- Assertive, proactive, and solution-focused
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Highly organised and deadline-driven
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential)
