Key Responsibilities As the Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of multiple strategic projects. Your duties will include:

• Overseeing end-to-end project management from planning through execution
• Managing budget forecasting and ensuring cost alignment
• Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, legislative requirements, and internal policies
• Sourcing, managing, and negotiating with suppliers for strategic project needs
• Delivering quick-turnaround, solution-driven support for operational challenges
• Planning and implementing strategic project objectives, with agile responsiveness to changing needs

Qualifications & Experience

• Project Management qualification (PMBOK/PMB) or Electrical qualification
• 2-3 years of experience in Project Administration and/or Project Management
• Experience in Real Estate, Facilities, or Construction sectors

Technical Skills Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project
