Project Manager
for our client in the banking industry to take the helm of our most critical enterprise-wide projects.Responsibilities include:
Planning & Strategy:
Develop comprehensiveproject plans
that clearly specifygoals
,strategy
,staffing
, andscheduling
for complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.Direction & Coordination:
Direct and coordinate
all project activities, ensuring seamless integration across different departments and stakeholders.Risk Management:
Proactivelyidentify risks
and develop robustcontingency plans
to safeguard project timelines and budgets.Resource Allocation:
Strategicallyallocate available resources
(financial, human, and technical) to maximize efficiency and project success.Strategic Alignment:
Ensure all projects are perfectly aligned with the overarchingbusiness strategy
and objectives.Requirements include
6 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Financial services industry Proven experience in directing and managing large-scale, enterprise-level projects. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 certification is a plus). Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks. * A strategic mindset focused on achieving business objectives.
