Job Summary Project Manager - Healthcare Catering Operations - Claremont, Western Cape, South Africa Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee healthcare catering operations in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will guide and support kitchen teams to deliver efficient, high-quality food services in line with the company's operational and quality standards. This role involves establishing standard menus and recipes, managing procurement and stock, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships. Requirements -Tertiary qualification in Culinary Arts or Project Management -8+ years of managerial experience (preferably in catering, hospitality, or healthcare operations) -Strong food production and resale experience -Proven ability in financial management, performance monitoring, and human resource management -Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset with outcome-focused management style -Advanced administrative and computer proficiency -Valid driver's license and own transport Responsibilities -Manage all aspects of meal preparation, kitchen hygiene, and service delivery -Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control -Implement and maintain company standards, policies, and legislative compliance -Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls, including stock and cash management -Lead; train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and productivity -Monitor and control food costs, prevent waste, and maximize gross profit -Maintain effective communication with clients and management -Oversee staff payroll and ensure compliance with HR procedures If interested, please apply to Ilze@ Apply Below
