Job Summary
Role Overview As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of multiple projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and compliance requirements are met with precision.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing projects from planning through to successful execution
• Forecasting and controlling project budgets
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, legislation, and internal policies
• Sourcing, managing, and negotiating with suppliers
• Providing practical, solution-driven support to operational teams
• Planning and implementing strategic objectives with agility and accountability

Qualifications & Experience

• Project Management qualification (PMBOK/PMB) or an Electrical qualification
• 2-3 years' experience in project administration and/or project management
• Exposure to Real Estate, Facilities, or Construction environments

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Project

• Fluency in Afrikaans is essential, as daily communication with colleagues, suppliers, and stakeholders is conducted in Afrikaans.
