Were looking for a vibrant, articulate professional to join a fast-paced global team supporting international logistics through strategic project management and compliance coordination.
Qualifications Required
- CA(SA) or Admitted Attorney (LLB)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification work experience
- Excellent academic performance:
- University average consistently above 65%
- Matric certificate and full academic transcripts required
- High energy, ambitious, and quick-thinking with excellent problem-solving ability
- Excellent project management and multitasking capabilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and client engagement skills
- Able to work under pressure and juggle priorities with composure
- Strong with numbers and compliance reviews
- Experience in legal, compliance, supply chain, or client services an advantage
- Manage global logistics projects related to clinical trial supplies
- Conduct compliance reviews and coordinate international shipment processes
- Liaise directly with clients to scope, plan, and execute high-value import projects
- Lead the proposal and quoting process for client requests
- Ensure smooth handovers and successful project delivery in collaboration with internal teams
- Handle client escalations, manage timelines, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Present pre-compliance overviews to international clients and help drive deal conversions
