Job Description

Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC projects, focusing mainly on VRV, VRF and DX
Plan, schedule, and monitor the timelines and deliverables of the project
Coordination of resources, materials, subcontractors, and site activities
Prepare and track project budgets and costing reports
Assisting with managing claims, pricing variations, and identifying any commercial risks
Ensuring project profitability is maintained by liaising with Head of Projects
Interpret HVAC designs, drawings, and specifications accurately
Conduct site inspections to ensure all installations meet technical and quality standards
Liaise with consultants and clients for approvals, inspections, and commissioning
Provide regular updates on costs, progress, and risk
Maintain all project documentation, including site instructions and quality assurance checklists
Lead project meetings and ensure closeout documentation is completed properly
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 5+ years experience in HVAC project delivery.
Strong understanding of mechanical drawings, installation methods, and commissioning.
Familiarity with SANS regulations, OEM standards, and HVAC installation practices.
Trade qualification or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Project Management.
Experience working with leading HVAC brands.
Computer literate in Excel, MS Project, or other project tracking tools.
