Job Description
Job Summary Skills and Previous experience: 5-8 years Project Management Experience within the construction industry or similar 2 years + cost estimating experience. MS Projects or similar an advantage Experience in working with an ERP system (expl. SAP) Budget planning and cost management essential Logistics processes & knowledge in INCO terms Computer literate Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Excellent attention to detail Graduate studies within the construction industry an advantage Knowledge of the healthcare industry an advantage Main areas of focus: Project Management on all projects within the company including but not limited to: Temporary infrastructure development for mining and military projects. New Luxury Tent Lodges Refurbishment of existing lodges Roll out ad-hoc projects and ideas Cost estimation of all the above Skills and Competencies: Functional Skills / Competencies: Achievement Driver/Strategy H People Management and development H Responsibility H Delegation H Stress Tolerance H Customer Services I Teamwork H Relationship Building H Conflict Management H Research H Attention to Detail H Planning & organizing H MS Word I MS Excel H E-Mail H
