Conduct product training on site. Actively promote benefits of products such as improved safety and improved Report any irregularities to Explosives Technical Representative. Develop continuous improvement practices to ensure required blasting are achieved. Comply with governance, established policies, systems, procedures and practices. Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards. Continues reporting to Technical Representative and Mining Personnel. Manage the Performance Base Contract in a professional manner Compile underground visit reports.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Grade 12 At least 3 years underground mining experience Underground blasting certificate Degree or diploma in Mining (Advantageous)*
Computer literate (Microsoft Office) Good knowledge of underground mining under different mining conditions Competent A and B (Advantageous)*
Coach the learner (Advantageous)*
* Valid driver's license
