- Conduct product training on site.
- Actively promote benefits of products such as improved safety and improved
- Report any irregularities to Explosives Technical Representative.
- Develop continuous improvement practices to ensure required blasting are achieved.
- Comply with governance, established policies, systems, procedures and practices.
- Comply with Safety, Health and Environment standards.
- Continues reporting to Technical Representative and Mining Personnel.
- Manage the Performance Base Contract in a professional manner
- Compile underground visit reports.
- Minimum Grade 12
- At least 3 years underground mining experience
- Underground blasting certificate
- Degree or diploma in Mining (Advantageous)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Good knowledge of underground mining under different mining conditions
- Competent A and B (Advantageous)
- Coach the learner (Advantageous)
- Valid driverxe2x80x99s license
