This role supports a major operational transformation program within a global organisation. Acting as a key partner to Programme Leadership, the position is responsible for managing execution of the programme plan--providing PMO support, ensuring accountability across critical teams, and driving delivery of agreed outcomes. The role is a 12-month contract and will report to the Programme Manager.
Key responsibilities include developing and monitoring delivery plans, coordinating and supporting workshops, and facilitating alignment between country stakeholders, central management, and project teams. The role will also expand to provide support across the full spectrum of project management knowledge areas (Scope, Schedule, Cost, Quality, Resource, Communications, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder, and Integration) as required.
Ultimately, the goal is to support the successful delivery of this special program by providing the necessary structure, oversight and ownership to project management activities.
