Job Description
Qualifications:
- Minimum: Bachelor's Degree/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Preferred: Degree/Diploma in Project Management.
- Minimum: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Basic PLC & VFD programming, Autocad Mechanical Basic.
- Preferred: Allen-Bradley/Mitsubishi PLC, VFD, HMI & SCADA Training, 2D & 3D Modelling using Autocad Mechanical, E-Plan P8 Electrical.
- Minimum: English.
- Preferred: Proficient in English.
- Hands-on experience in engineering project execution.
- Technical and analytical proficiency.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
- Advanced computer literacy (MS Office).
- Engineering principles and national standards.
- Machinery safety standards.
- Product and technology knowledge.
- CAD software proficiency (Autocad Mechanical or ePlan P8 Electrical).
- PLC, VFD & SCADA programming.
- Ability to read Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Process diagrams.
- Familiarity with company ERP and other systems.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory acts.
- Decisive and results-driven.
- Imaginative and proactive.
- Strong team player with people management skills.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
