Job Description
Position: Project Engineer (Registered Candidate Engineer) Location: Various Project Sites (Flexibility to travel/work away from home)
Availability: Immediatetly
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Structural Design: Oversee the structural design and engineering aspects of Tailings Storage Facilities.
- Resource Management: Efficiently allocate resources, including labor and equipment.
- Project Management: Lead all project phases from initiation to completion.
- Procurement: Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.
- Reporting: Generate detailed project reports for stakeholders and management.
- Site Establishment: Ensure the effective setup and organization of project sites.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
- Director and Service Provider Interaction: Collaborate with directors and service providers to meet project goals.
- Graduate or Diplomat Engineer with relevant qualifications.
- Registration as a Candidate Engineer with ECSA is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to relocate to various project sites as required.
