Project Engineer
Job Description
Job Summary Initiate, oversee, and coordinate tasks and projects from commencement to conclusion Provide technical guidance to the workshop and sales teams, particularly concerning new builds, hydraulic systems, repairs, and upgrades Develop technically compliant and market-related tender documents in alignment with customer specifications Fulfill the role of site manager for projects when required Create data packs and completion reports Conduct hydraulic system analysis and troubleshooting Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in hydraulic engineering Demonstrate proficiency with Parker hydraulic equipment and components Computer literacy and competency in using MS Excel, projects, and Word, and preferably Syspro Effective communication and Management skills Ability to work under pressure Willingness to travel offshore. Offshore survival course/certificate Valid passport Qualification: BSc/BEng/BTech/NDip in Mechanical Engineering Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
