We're looking for a dynamic Project Developer to lead the design, planning, and implementation of community-based infrastructure programmes that deliver sustainable impact. This role supports strategic construction initiatives in line with long-term community development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infrastructure project plans and proposals
- Conduct community needs analysis and feasibility studies
- Monitor project execution and ensure compliance with governance standards
- Oversee project budgets, reporting, and risk registers
- Engage stakeholders and drive alignment on community infrastructure priorities
- Coordinate audits, compliance, and document control processes
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management (NQF 6/7)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in project or infrastructure management
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel, MS Projects, Power BI (GIS), community engagement, strategic planning, project coordination
- License: Code EB
