To collate information, co-ordinate activities, ensure administration of project activities within designated project timeframes within Strategic Human Capital.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12
Post Matric Qualification, and/or Project Management related qualification /
Project Management/Events management certificate would be advantageous
Training related certificate or qualification
2-3 years' experience in project environment
At least 2 years' experience in Ms Project
Experience in Training and Learnership/graduate environment
Driver's license
Proven track record using Ms Word, Ms Excel and Ms Outlook
Primary Duties
Co-ordinate day to day functions and events within section
Provide updated information to Project Manager
Secure, order and maintain resource levels within section
Facilitate documentation for reservations and procurement
Operational project and event methods and procedures for each project
Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) for section
Compile quality weekly and monthly reports for project activities
Plan and execute work schedule for concurrent project activities
Manage administration and learnership/graduate activities in the section
Provide back up while Project Manager is out of office
