Key Requirements:
- Professional registration with SACPCMP (South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions)
- Strong background in hospitality projects and construction management
- Proven track record in project delivery and construction oversight
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors
- Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, and quality control
- Proficiency in project management software and construction methodologies
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across project sites
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Adaptable and flexible approach to changing project requirements
- Results-driven with attention to detail
- Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
