Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors to ensure quality and safety compliance.
- Ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes and safety standards.
- Liaise with clients, engineers, and stakeholder to ensure successful project delivery.
- BSc/Master's Degree in Construction Project Management
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in project and site management.
- Proven leadership and cost-control experience.
- Must have excellent communication and reporting skills.
