Job Description


Technical Work Responsibilities

Capturing data from source documents into collation tools.

Manage the storage and safe keeping of all data collection tools.

Provide supporting role to the Project Administrator.

Ensure that field workers are having all the tools needed for data collection.

Safe keeping of gadgets used in the field and constant monitoring the proper use thereof.

Assist in registering participants.

Assist in ordering of the required consumables for the project.

Project activities delivered according to work plan.

Coordination of the project including monitoring and evaluation

Support, mentor and training of new staff on project deliverables

Assist in managing all Project Administration

Compile Information for daily reporting.

Ad hoc duties

Observe protocols to ensure compliance with Data Protection Act and patient confidentiality.

Observe health and safety at work and welfare issues.

Work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team to ensure that an efficient service is provided to clients.

Assist with maintenance and safe keeping of client records, ensuring confidentiality.

Education

Grade 12

Experience

At least 2 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in programme and/or project administration is required in NGO health related settings.

Requirements

SA Citizen or valid work permit to work in South Africa

Basic computer skills

Driver's licence

Minimal/Moderate/Excessive overnight travel (up to 30%) by land or air if required.

Willing to work over weekend if needed.
