We are seeking a Project Architect with at least 5 years of professional experience in the U.S. construction environment. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in building systems, produces accurate construction documents, and can independently manage project deliverables with minimal supervision. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and knowledge of U.S. code compliance are essential.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
Minimum 5 years of U.S. project experience (construction documents, design, or technical coordination)
Proven experience preparing construction documents for U.S.-based projects (required)
Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (required)
Deep understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
Familiarity with U.S. building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards (IBC, ADA, local codes)
English proficiency (C1 level or higher)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed architectural Revit models, drawings, and construction documents for U.S. projects
Ensure all designs and documents comply with U.S. building codes, zoning requirements, ADA standards, and project specifications
Prepare and organize deliverables to meet permitting, bidding, and client deadlines
Collaborate with architects, planners, and contractors to integrate and coordinate project parameters
Contribute to internal design standards, templates, and best practices for documentation and BIM workflows
