Job Description

Our client in the telecom sector is seeking Project Administrator on contract duration of 9 months.
The Project Administrator will support the function by assisting the Project Manager and project team in the planning, execution, and completion of IT-related projects. This role involves coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project administration or a similar role, preferably within an IT environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with IT project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
  • Certification in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP).
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and software development processes.
  • Working Conditions:
  • This position may require occasional travel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
