Provide support and project administration on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to Project Managers and their teams.
Minimum Requirements
o Matric with Secretarial Diploma o 4 years personal assistant experience with 2 years exposure to project development and administration within a corporate or a consulting environment o Project management methodologies, tools and techniques with working knowledge of at least one methodology o SAP PS and MM module experience will be an advantage o Proficient in MS Office Suite
Primary Duties
o Provide support and guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to the project managers and their team o Ensure that financial information such as invoices are managed according to the agreed standards o Filing, documentation and ensure that files are kept up to date for all the projects o Take and draft minutes of meetings o Arrange meetings, schedules and diaries o Assist with training planning and scheduling o Create presentation materials for team members where required o Organise project infrastructure (e.g. admin for logons, venue booking, etc) o Manage project suppliers and stationery o Manage time sheets o Able to work with multiple reporting lines and ambiguity
Knowledge
o Project management principles and methodologies o MS Office Suite o MS Project and MS Visio o Financial systems and procedures o Project administration function
