Job Description

Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and preparing job bags for new projects
  • Raising cost estimates
  • Following up on supplier and client queries
  • Sending out weekly client status reports
  • Sending out daily studio job lists and ensuring accurate updates
  • Assisting with general office administration as required
Requirements:
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, basic project management tools)
  • Previous work experience required (1 - 2 years) in a print or design studio environment is advantageous but not essential
