Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Civil Director / Project Manager for UISP project in the Eastern Cape, this is only for 12-months'.
You will be responsible for managing Project Managers
Due diligence
Ensure civil informal settlement programmes are successfully completed within budget
Stakeholder and IGR relationship management
Strategic management
Project procurement
Budget management

Municipality interaction
Must have:
Matric
Professional registration
Civil Engineering / Construction degree or equivalent
No less than 10 years' project management experience, 5 years' on managerial level - Upgrading of informal settlement project exposure / civil infrastructure
IGR exposure
Strategy development and implementation exposure
Must be based in the Eastern Cape and willing to travel extensively
