Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS
Honours degree in Commerce, Science, Finance, Banking, Agricultural Economics, or a related field
Project or Operations management qualification is preferredTrade, Working Capital and Supply Chain FinanceAgriculture Services, Agriculture Input, and Soft Commodities Finance
Experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in management roles focused on trading and trade finance, supply chain finance, product management, operations management, project management.Proven track record in managing projects, commercial banking transactional operations, or middle office.Operational experience in a co-op or aggregator environmentExperience working with digital channels, fintech partnerships, and modern banking technologies.Managing a distribution network, agriculture commodities trading or client coverage teamsManaging co-op or commercial banking transactional operations or middle officeExperience in the banking and Agricultural Sector will be an advantage, not mandatory
