Programme Manager – Sap Ecc6 To S/4hana Upgrade
Job Description
Lead the end-to-end SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA upgrade programme, ensuring delivery on time, scope, and budget.
Manage cross-functional teams, including Project Managers and business stakeholders.
Develop and track programme plans, milestones, and risks.
Drive stakeholder communication and engagement at all levels.
Implement governance to monitor progress, risks, and issues.
Oversee budget and resource management.
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and project best practices.
Manage change requests and resolve programme challenges.
Provide regular updates to leadership and steering committees.
Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
5+ years experience managing SAP implementation programmes
Proven delivery of at least six full-cycle SAP projects
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and budget tracking skills
Expertise in SAP modules (Finance, Logistics, HR) and cloud-based SAP solutions (S/4HANA Cloud)
Certifications Required:
SAP Activate methodology certification |Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)Between 5 - 7 Years
