Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of programmes aligned with organizational strategy.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they meet scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and cross-functional teams.
• Establish governance frameworks and provide clear reporting on progress, risks, and benefits.
• Mentor and support project managers and teams to achieve excellence.
• Facilitation Skills
• Travelling Required

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record in programme or project management (7+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
• Ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks effectively.
• Relevant degree and professional certifications (MSP, PMP, pr PgMP)
