Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Programme Manager to oversee enterprise-wide system integration initiatives that transform the way our organisation connects, collaborates, and delivers value.

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integration programmes on time and within budget
• Oversee end-to-end programme lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless collaboration across IT and business units
• Drive adoption of integration platforms, APIs, and middleware solutions
• Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and security standards

? What We're Looking For

• Proven experience managing large-scale integration programmes (ERP, CRM, cloud, data platforms)
• Strong knowledge of system integration tools, APIs, and enterprise architecture
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on delivery
• Project Management certification (PMP, Agile)
