Job Description


Our client in Accounting, Audit and Business Assurance industry is looking for a Programme Manager to join their team in Pretoria.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the inflight and upcoming changes in key business area(s).
  • Be the voice of business into the programme(s) and be responsible for the day-to-day management of the programme(s).
  • Plan and design xe2x80x98outcome focusedxe2x80x99 programmes, monitoring progress against agreed parameters, identifying key risks, resolving issues and initiating timely corrective action.
  • Define the programme's governance framework (including 'hooking' into portfolio governance).
  • Monitor programme's budget, monitoring expenditure etc.
  • Help appoint additional staff into the programme and underlying projects/activities.
  • Liaise with design authority/architecture teams/other IT teams/ risk/dependent projects and product teams/suppliers.
  • Ensure outputs meet requirements within time, quality, cost constraints (and timely escalation of risks if not).
  • Liaise with 3rd parties / drafting work packages as required.
  • Identify and initiate additional activities wherever gaps exist.
  • Develop and embed xe2x80x98right-sizedxe2x80x99 change delivery and governance (aligned to portfolio governance) to suit the project and stakeholder needs.
  • Identify and monitor/develop appropriate remedial plans for key project/programme performance (KPIs) and risk (KRIs) metrics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational design or related field, with demonstrated success in managing complex projects in a financial sector in a global or multi-national organization.
  • Experience working in agile or lean methodologies. Strong project management skills, including experience developing project plans, managing project budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop data-driven recommendations for change.
  • Demonstrated experience in change management and driving successful adoption of organizational design changes and career frameworks.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Master's degree in business, organizational design, or related field; alternatively, bachelor's degree in business, organizational design, or related field.
  • Certification in project management and proven experience in Organisational change management.
Remuneration:
  • R50 000 xe2x80x93 R60 000 CTC per month.
