We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Manager to lead the operational delivery of BTS's learning journeys. You'll work closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure every element of the journey-from scheduling and logistics to communications and reporting-is executed with excellence.
This role benefits from strong project management capabilities, with a clear focus on executing the programme once the design is complete. While you won't be expected to create learning materials, you will support with content coordination-such as managing version control, tracking material readiness, and aligning timelines with delivery milestones.
You'll take ownership of delivery across multiple cohorts and formats (virtual, in-person, blended), ensuring clear plans, repeatable systems, and strong documentation so that others can easily step in if needed. From day one, you'll operate in a client-facing and internal-facing capacity, and will also have the opportunity to support junior team members and help drive consistent delivery practices across the team.
