Job Description


As a Programme Manager at iOCO, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex projects and initiatives. Your strategic vision, leadership, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams will be instrumental in achieving our organization's objectives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing resources, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.

What you will do:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple projects and initiatives within a cohesive programme framework.
  • Develop a comprehensive programme roadmap, outlining project dependencies, timelines, and key milestones.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align programme objectives with the company's strategic goals and vision.
  • Define clear project scopes, objectives, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and managing expectations.
  • Oversee resource allocation, budget management, and risk assessment for the entire programme.
  • Implement and maintain programme governance processes, ensuring compliance with established standards and methodologies.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Prepare and present regular status reports, updates, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Your expertise:
  • Bachelor's degree, masterxc3xa2xe2x82xacxe2x84xa2s degree or relevant certification (PMP, PgMP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in Programme Management, successfully delivering complex projects and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management and relationship building.
  • Experience in managing budgets, resources, and risk within a programme context.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
