Our exceptional growth is creating a once in a life-time opportunities to suitable incumbents.Job Purpose:As the Programme Coordinator you are responsible and accountable for the overall effective and efficient service delivery of the Foundation Phase programme assigned to you. You are responsible for quality learning and teaching practices for your programme.Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lecturing
• Lecturing approximately 20hrs a week;
• Lesson preparation, marking and moderation as required; Interpret data, formulate reports and make recommendations
• Research
• Present at least one article per year for publication in the IIE Journals.
• Plan and facilitate Research Workshops for lecturing staff.
• Ensure that a minimum of two articles per year are presented for publication by Lecturers in your programmes.
• Lecturer Support
• Conduct Lecturer Orientation/Induction sessions.
• Planning and facilitation of Lecturer Forum meetings.
• Conduct Peer Reviews, give feedback and assist with the Lecturer Development Plan.
• Conduct Lecturer Forum Meetings.
• Attend Faculty Workshops.
• Co-ordinate subject-specific Tutorials.
• Conduct workshops on Learning & Teaching Methodologies.
• Conduct workshops on Classroom Management.
• Track Lecturers performance.
• Ensure Lecturers integrate appropriate student support services into the classroom based on learner needs.

Minimum Requirements:Qualifications

• Honour's Degree in Logistics and Supply chain Management (NQF Level 8)
• Post Graduate qualification (NQF Level 7 or 8) in Education (PGCE/PGDHE or equivalent)

Experience xe2x80xa2 Higher Education lecturing experience 3+ Years

• Teacher or Lecturer Development 3 - 5 Years

• Ability to maintain good working relationships with Division, Brand and campus employees, training service providers and other regulatory authorities.
• Demonstrated competence in being solutions driven.
• Sound communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Tolerance for operating in a pressurized environment and industry.
