Programme Coordinator, South Africa (Independent Contractor)
Location: South Africa (remote) with priority given to candidates in the Eastern Cape. Travel locally, and occasional travel internationally to Kenya and the UK
Salary: 231,000 - 317,000 ZAR per annum full-time equivalent, dependent on experience
Basis: Contractor (12 months with possible extension)

The role
The Raspberry Pi Foundation is seeking a Programme Coordinator to develop our reach and impact in South Africa. Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, South Africa, the Programme Coordinator will be responsible for supporting computing education partnerships and programmes in schools and community settings, such as the Computing Curriculum, educator professional development and Code Clubs, ensuring our work is effectively planned, organised and executed.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail orientated and capable of managing projects, business processes and communications with key stakeholders. Previous involvement with Code Clubs and/or experience of working with government education or NGO partnerships would be a significant advantage.
You don't need to be an expert in computing, or digital making, but you do need to bring a passion for our mission and a willingness to learn.
