The purpose of this role is to:
Provide administration support to all aspects of the projects within the Project Management Office. To work closely with the PMO Manager / Project Managers, Change Manager, and other project stakeholders to make sure that the project documentation is kept up to date and in adherence with the project controls framework and quality standards agreed. The programme coordinator role will be required to assist in the PMO support during the peak of the digitisation projects, whereafter the requirement for support will reduce. It is therefore important to fill the temporary capacity requirement with an interim role and the support can be combined with another after the peak, e.g., Executive Coordinator.
