The Program Manager (Research and Analysis), Programs, supports the Managing Directors' offices with research and data analysis, mapping and reporting of programming and implementation across the Network.
Role Purpose
The PM provides cross functional program support and coordination to reflect with program teams the status of implementation of the opportunities across grant making, research, and programmatic intersections. This role will also focus on reporting mechanisms, creating timely dashboards and reporting across programmatic work. Further support will include project management and implementation of cross-cutting initiatives, grants research and special projects.
Key responsibilitiesPrepare research, mapping and analysis activities associated with the MDO programming and strategies and develop program reports and dashboards across all MDOs program areas. Provide support to the Associate Directors and Managing Directors including preparation of data, analytics and visual presentations and dashboards. Project management and implementation of cross-cutting initiatives, grants research and special projects. Generate and prepare a variety of materials in advance of routine and special engagements, preparing briefing materials, presentations and reports as needed

External organizations relevant for event management and logistics
The ideal candidateMultiple years of prior experience in research, data analytics and preparing dashboards. Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and research for reporting. Project management. Proven experience in collaborating, engaging and supporting multi-country stakeholders Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to express ideas, request actions, and/or formulate plans or policies Ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize activities to efficiently meet objectives (within a complex and multi-geography environment) Ability to manage, analyze data and draw insights for managers Proficiency in office software and technology, including analytics software (e.g., Power BI) Attention to detail and problem-solving skill An excellent knowledge of English Knowledge of other languages would be an asset.
