Description
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle for key initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to establish program vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
- Prioritise features based on value, feasibility, and strategic alignment.
- Translate requirements into actionable user stories.
- Monitor and analyse program performance metrics.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or Commerce.
- Program Management Certification.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager.
- 5+ years of collaboration with engineering teams.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for innovation and customer-centric design.
