Program Management Intern (Office of the MD)

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) South Africa is looking for a highly motivated and strategic

Program Management Intern

to join the

Office of the Managing Director

. This internship provides an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in business operations, sales support, and strategic initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Sales Staff:

Assist the sales team with administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Driving Business Initiatives:

Collaborate with different teams to execute key business projects and initiatives that align with HPE's strategic objectives.

Market Growth Strategy:

Research, analyze, and propose innovative ideas to help expand HPE's market share in South Africa.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key business metrics and contribute to reports that help drive data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.

Graduation Status:

Must have recently graduated from university.

Skills:

+ Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
+ Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work independently.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is a plus.
