? Professionally Registered Architect (PrArch) with SACAP
? Minimum 5+ years' post-registration experience
? Proven experience across commercial, retail, residential, or mixed-use developments
? Strong technical detailing and documentation ability
? Proficiency in Revit (essential) and other relevant design software
? Solid understanding of South African building regulations and standards
? Excellent communication and project management skills
