Requirements
A relevant Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Property
Studies/Real Estate.
At least five years property valuation experience while
registered with the South African Council for the Property
Valuers Profession.
Computer literacy. A valid Code EB driver's license. Registered with the South African Council for the Property
Valuers Profession as a Professional Valuer or Professional
Associated Valuer.
Key Performance Areas
Coordinates the professional execution of valuations in a
defined geographic area.
Represents the City at Valuation Board hearings. Communicates professional knowledge with external
customers.
Oversees junior valuation staff and contractors. Supervises and coordinates the collection, correction and
analysis of valuation data in a defined geographic area.
