xe2x9cx85 Matric (Grade 12).
xe2x9cx85 Travel qualification from a recognized tertiary institution.
xe2x9cx85 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
xe2x9cx85 Certified proficiency in Galileo and Amadeus GDS.
xe2x9cx85 Strong knowledge of fares and international ticketing.
xe2x9cx85 Expertise in core ticketing and e-ticketing processes.
xe2x9cx85 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
xe2x9cx85 Strong customer service orientation.
xe2x9cx85 Proactive problem solver with the ability to take initiative.
xe2x9cx85 Team player with a collaborative mindset.
xe2x9cx85 Ability to guide, mentor, and train junior consultants.
xe2x9cx85 Patience and strong interpersonal skills.
