Job Description
Our client in the construction sector has an opportunity available for a Professional Structural (Civil) Engineer to be based in the Pretoria area.
Requirements:
- Have experience in all required structural engineering software and capable to work on REVIT, etc.
- Understand company pricing model and invoicing procedures
- Understand basic revenue models, profit/loss models and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Manage the client stakeholders, team members and contract personnel
- Responsible for detail structural engineering designs and execution of projects
- Manages project budget
- Analyse project profitability, revenue, and margins
- Project planning and control
- Work directly with clients to secure sign off on deliverables or documentation
