Professional Registered Electrical Technologist/ Engineer
A fast growing EME, based in the Gauteng, Pretoria is looking for an experienced Professional Registered Electrical Technologist/ Engineer.
The following are the minimum requirements:
1. Electrical BSc/Btech qualification or equivalent.
2. 10 years working experience in projects for design, construction, and commissioning of Electrical systems in Power Station or building services environment.
3. License code 10.
4. ECSA certificate.
Skills and Competencies required
1. Strong background in electrical system design, including distribution networks, lighting, power reticulation and protection schemes.
2. Proven ability to sign off for electrical designs and take responsibility thereof.
3. In depth knowledge of industry standards (SANS, NRS, IEC, etc).
4. Proficiency in electrical design and simulation software (AutoCad, Revit MEP, etc).
5. Experience preparing and reviewing technical specifications, design reports and drawings.
6. Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making abilities.
