Job SummaryAre you a dedicated and skilled Professional Quantity Surveyor looking for a new opportunity to showcase your expertise? Hire Resolve's client in Randburg is seeking a talented individual to join their team and provide exceptional quantity surveying services.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide quantity surveying advisory and support services, including contract collation, costing, payment certification, evaluation, and dispute resolution.
• Perform standard quantity surveying services and offer expert advice.
• Prepare and draft costing estimates for contracts and projects.
• Monitor consultants and contractors, focusing on quantity and cost.
• Draft, review, measure, and maintain control of documentation related to projects.
• Advise on necessary contract or project modifications and revised budgets as needed.
• Reconcile and forecast contract/project expenditure accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying (B tech/BSc) is essential.
• Must be a registered professional Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of related experience in the building environment and quantity surveying.
• Experience working on building or construction projects is highly desirable
